Ross Boyd group is thrilled to have restructured and be driving business growth forward with the addition of two senior managers; Jane Gill and Neil Wallace. This is in addition to the appointment of new chairman, David Watters to the board of the group.
As well as operating from offices in London and Dublin the company are committed to their Belfast city centre headquarters and see a huge opportunity for growth and expansion. New Chairman, David Watters, a founding partner of McClure Watters in 1989 which later expanded to RSM Northern Ireland with a staff of over 100.
David Watters is quoted as saying “I am very excited to be joining one of Northern Irelands leading independent accountancy firms and I see a huge opportunity for growth in the coming year. I feel very privileged to take on this role at such an exciting time for our profession”.
Neil Wallace has joined the firm as a senior manager taking on the responsibility for the development of a public sector business area. Neil is a highly experienced accountant having worked for 14 years with another Belfast firm.
The summer months have seen Jane Gill join the firm as a senior manager to lead the company’s SME business area. Jane has worked in senior management roles with several leading firms in Northern Ireland and brings a wealth of accounting knowledge and experience to the company.
The founder of the business, Ross Boyd, continues to lead the business supported by fellow director Brian Stewart.
This phase of the expansion should see the business grow from £600,000 turnover to over £1 million and a broadened team from 10 to 16 staff. The group has expanded through the provision of quality advice to clients, which offers real value, particularly in these challenging times as we continue to battle the whirlwind that is 2020.
